- Payment & Return Policy
- Payments and terms for on-site aka private classes are on a class per class basis. Typically 50% up-front and 50% at completion of the class.
Payments for public classes are 50% to reserve a seat and 50% final payment before the class begins.
If a scheduling conflict arises through no fault of our customer, we will refund 100% of any amounts paid or if possible, we will reschedule the classes at no additional cost to the customer.
If the customer has a scheduling conflict, we will attempt to reschedule classes when necessary for the convenience of our customers. If customer needs to cancel and we are unable to reschedule a class, we will credit payments and/or deposits as follows:
Payments and/or deposits for Training Classes or Seminars are 100% refundable up to 60 days prior to the class date, 50% refundable up to 30 days prior to the class date, and 20% refundable up to 10 days prior to the class date.
The above terms are worst case for our customers. We reserve the privilege to provide additional or better terms, and/or conditions for our customers on a per customer basis without compromising the terms and/or conditions stated herein.
